ExAdEx Longevity Lab™
This platform is based on a combination of in vitro and in vivo literature describing key biological processes involved in tissue aging, including vascular function, extracellular matrix remodeling, inflammation, and cellular communication.
Additional references have been integrated from vascular biology and aging research to complement classical hallmarks of aging (López-Otín et al.), particularly for pathways not explicitly covered in the original framework.
The aim is to provide a multi-layered interface for both non-specialist users and research-oriented users.
* Longevity Score calculation method
1. Selection of 24 key biomarkers measured in ExAdEx tissue models (transcriptomic and secretomic data).
2. Comparison to age-matched reference datasets.
3. Weighted integration into a composite aging score.
Combination scoring methodology
Combination scores are computed using a normalized model that integrates the individual biological effects of each compound with an interaction component that captures synergy or attenuation when compounds are used together. The result reflects how compounds perform in combination rather than in isolation.
